Despite being around for over 20 years, many people still wonder what Salesforce actually does. To enhance our brand recognition and clearly define our role, we set out to showcase how Salesforce helps companies provide exceptional customer experiences. I collaborated with the brand awareness team to concept and produce a compelling spot that aired during the Beijing Olympics. This spot illustrated the magic of Salesforce, highlighting moments like airlines upgrading tickets to first class or musicians granting backstage passes—all thanks to Salesforce.
